Services

We analyse the business, create the operational plan and provide recommendations, facilitation and KPI tracking linked to the Client’s agreed Problem Statement.

The Client is responsible for executing the plan and taking all operational actions.

Fees

Full Day £495

Half Day £250

VAT added where applicable

Invoices issued monthly and payable within 7 days

Month 1 may be payable in advance depending on the engagement

Contract Length

All engagements have a minimum 6‑month commitment.

Clients may choose a 12‑month or 18‑month fixed term.

The Elevare Roadmap is a 12‑month delivery model.

An 18‑month term provides additional embedding and support.

Cancellation

No cancellation is permitted during the minimum term.

After the minimum term, Clients may cancel with 3 months’ written notice.

Fees remain payable during the notice period.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide access to staff, information, systems and premises.

Clients must appoint a capable Buddy/change lead with authority to drive change.

Clients must act on recommendations and provide accurate data.

Client caused delays extend timelines and may incur additional days.

Scope and Limitations

Deliverables include analysis, creation of the plan, recommendations, facilitation and KPI tracking.

Deliverables do not include operational execution.

The Consultant is not responsible for wider business performance or outcomes outside the Problem Statement.

Confidentiality

All information shared is treated as confidential and used only to deliver the services.

Non Solicitation

Clients may not solicit or employ Elevare consultants or third parties introduced by Elevare during the Assignment or for 6 months after it ends.

Governing Law

All consultancy engagements are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
